We have a No Hidden Fees Policy, which means that we will never surprise you with charges for items such as airport departure stamps, taxes, tolls, fuel surcharges, or admin fees. You will always know what your total cost will be upfront, and if you need to make a change, you will be informed ahead of time if there will be any difference in price. This way you are in control of every dollar you spend.

Unlike other limo companies, we do not automatically add 20% gratuity to your reservation. We believe a gratuity should be a gratuity, and not an additional charge. It is our belief that you should tip your chauffeur based on your satisfaction with your chauffeur’s performance and not on how much we decide you should pay.

The only time we reserve the right to include gratuity is for the larger vehicles, such as stretch limos. Most times stretch limos are rented for special occasions and by including the gratuity ahead of time it allows the event to unfold without the additional worry of handling finances on the day of the run.

In addition to our low rates, Going Green Limousine also has a Green Miles™ Loyalty Rewards program. For every dollar you spend you earn a 2% credit in Green Miles. This includes all monies spent, including for extra services such as car seats and Meet and Greets as well as on gratuity. Green Miles can be accumulated and used on any future fare of your choice.
